Hi, I’m Sethunya “Seth” Matsie — a registered Specialist Wellness Counsellor (ASCHP – Reg. 896) and psychology-informed coach.

I offer a calm, grounded space where you can slow down, untangle what feels overwhelming, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.

How I Work:

My work sits at the intersection of emotional insight and practical structure.

Alongside my Honours in Psychology, I hold an MSc in Human Kinetics and Ergonomics. While not a clinical mental health qualification, it deeply informs how I understand
wellbeing.

Mental health is not separate from the body. The nervous system remembers stress. Our environments shape our behaviour. The systems we build either support us or exhaust us.

In our work together, we don’t only talk about emotions. We also examine the systems, patterns, and daily structures that either support or strain you.
